Cancellation policy The Education Chair has the discretion to refund members’ fees up to 50% of the total cost, or issue a credit for up to 50% of the total cost toward a future workshop, if an attendee becomes ill or has an emergency which does not allow attendance after payment has been made. A full refund/credit may be issued up to two (2) weeks prior to the stated payment deadline for a workshop.
